Onboarding Wizard: Setting Up Your Turtl Account and Brand

Learn how the Turtl onboarding wizard guides you through setting up your account, and creating your initial Brand.

Updated this week

Use your Account Setup Link to access the onboarding wizard, where you’ll be guided through creating your Turtl tenant and setting up an initial Brand that defines your colors, fonts, and styles. This ensures everything you create in Turtl is consistent, professional, and on-brand from day one.

1. Set up Turtl account

  1. Open your Account Setup Link.

  2. Enter your email.

  3. Enter your account name and website URL (optional) to automatically import your company logo and brand colours, then choose your Turtl URL.

2. Set up your first Brand

In this step, you’ll set up your first Brand basics like your logos, colors, and fonts, but don't worry, these can always be changed later.

The Brand Editor organizes your customization options into three categories: Essential, Styling, and Content. Each category focuses on a different aspect of your Brand, giving you control over both the fundamentals and finer details.

For a closer look at each of these sections and specific options, check out the Categories in the Brand Editor article.

Once your account is set up, you can continue refining your Brand or create additional ones directly from the Brand Center. To learn more about managing and customizing your brand after onboarding, see our Brand Center article for next steps and advanced options.

3. Finishing touches

This is the last step of the Onboarding Wizard. You’re almost done. Here you’ll be prompted to enter your First name, Last name, Job title, Phone number, and set your password.

Click “Continue” one final time and give us a couple of minutes to process everything. Once complete, you’ll be taken to your own Home Page.

To continue building the foundations of your Turtl environment, move on to this article. You’ll learn how to create secure workspaces for organizing content, add team members with the right access to enable consistent, scalable, and collaborative content creation, and much more.
