Setup Process
Obtain a chatbot script: Start by obtaining the chatbot script from your provider. This script will allow the chatbot to function in your Turtl Docs.
Send the script to us: Once you have the script, send it to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email it to support@turtl.co. We will add it to a test Turtl Doc to verify everything works as expected.
Review and confirm: You will review the test Doc to ensure the chatbot operates correctly. Once you’re happy with its functionality, confirm with us.
Deploy the Chatbot across your Docs: Once you have confirmed that the chatbot works as intended, we will create a Turtl Doc extension for the chatbot. This will allow you to easily toggle on/off as per your needs.
