How to access your profile?
Start by navigating to the bottom left side of your screen, where you'll find a button labeled "My profile".
Click on "My profile" to open your personal profile page.
About Me
In the "About Me" section, you have the option to make the following change:
Name: The name field is automatically populated from your email when you are added to the tenant. We suggest adding your real name or the name your coworkers know you by.
Notification settings
Stay in the loop and never miss a beat with our flexible and customizable notification settings. Tailor your notification preferences according to your needs:
Comments: Enable this option to receive timely emails whenever a new comment is added or a reply is made on a Turtl Doc.
Analytics Insights: Emails will notify users when their published Docs hit certain numbers of reads: 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, etc. If they authored or edited the Doc.
Rollup email: This is a weekly user email that includes info on their team's performance and benchmarks and is part of the benchmarks feature.
Change Password
Follow the instructions to set a new, strong, and memorable password for your account.
Make sure to choose a password that combines upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to enhance its strength and protect your valuable data.
API Token
Note: If you can’t see this and would like more information on Automated Personalization, please talk to your Customer Success Manager.
If this is enabled on the account, it can be accessed by all users on the account.
The API token is needed for Automated Personalization.
