Add a description of your target audience — who they are, what they care about, and how they buy — so Hatch can better tailor content and analyze performance with your ICP in mind.
This helps Hatch provide sharper insights into what’s resonating and what’s not.
You’ll find this setting under Account Settings > AI Training > Ideal Customer Profile.
The more clearly you define your ICP, the smarter Hatch becomes.

Hatch can now be prompted to generate performance takeaways, using a proven format developed by Turtl's own CS team to highlight key metrics clearly and consistently.
The suggested prompt is available as: "Give me headline performance takeaways"
