What’s changing?
Starting July 2, 2025, Turtl is making some changes to our plans and packaging including the following:
AI features including our AI Agent Hatch are included by default in our Grow & Scale plans.
Each plan will include a number of Turtl Credits for AI features.
Certain Turtl features that were in BETA are now only available on Grow & Scale plans - see our updated plans here.
When do these changes go into effect?
For new customers, all changes go into effect on July 2, 2025.
For existing customers:
New plans will go into effect at your first plan renewal.
You can work with your CSM to migrate to new a new plan ahead of time as need.
We will work with you to ensure a smooth migration and access to our latest features to ensure you receive maximum value from the Turtl platform.
What do I need to do now?
Review our pricing page to see how our plans and features are changing.
If you want to upgrade your plan or migrate to a new package ahead of your renewal date you can work with your CSM to arrange your migration.

Reach out to your CSM who will be happy to walk you through the steps required.
I’m on a legacy pricing plan. What happens to my workspace on July 2 2025?
Nothing will change to your plan without discussion with your CSM. From July 2nd you will see new AI features available in the platform with a call to action that requests a call with your CSM if desired.
Why are you changing your plans?
We’re enhancing our plans to better align with our customers’ evolving needs by providing more product offerings, including powerful Turtl AI features, for larger teams. The changes reflect these additional capabilities and the value they bring to help you improve the productivity of your teams and the performance and revenue they can drive.
