Connecting Your CRM to show real data in the Revenue analytics
To populate the Revenue Analytics Dashboard with real data, you’ll need to connect Turtl to your CRM.
HubSpot users can use the self-serve integration.
Salesforce, Dynamics, or other CRMs can share deal data manuallyvia CSV upload.

How does Turtl connect content engagement to pipeline and revenue?
Turtl connects content engagement to revenue using the following process:
If you are identifying known readers within Turtl, we can attach engagement data with specific individuals (see known reader/audience explanation).
If these known readers are also Contacts within your CRM, we can see which Deals those Contacts are part of, and whether the deals are Open (pipeline) or Closed (revenue).
We use that information to connect the content that the reader has engaged within Turtl to the deals that they have been involved in within the CRM.
Access the Revenue Analytics Dashboard
You can access the Revenue Analytics Dashboard by cllick on "Analyze" in the left hand toolbar, and select "Revenue” below it
Or alternatiely near the top of the dashboard.
What data does Revenue analytics show?
The dashboard is split into the following sections:
Revenue Content ROI
This section, shows you how the content you're producing in Turtl is impacting your pipeline and revenue growth within your CRM. your pipeline and revenue growth, influenced by Turtl.
This will measure the following metrics:
Influenced revenue - Total value of closed-won deals that were influenced by Turtl content.
Influenced pipeline- Total value of deals that were open (in timeframe) and have been influenced by Turtl content. This can include deals that are now closed-won too.
Influenced deals - Total number of unique deals across the 2 above.
Win rate - Percentage of closed-won deals (out of total closed deals).
Avg. selling price - Revenue divided by number of closed-won deals.
Avg. time to close - How long it takes to close a deal, on average.
Use this view to measure overall content ROI and track performance trends.
Hidden opportunities to close more pipeline right now
This section shows a table of companies that have deals in open pipeline now that have Turtl influence.
It helps Sales teams prioritize outreach to accounts showing strong engagement signals.
Engagement score - Sum engagement score across known readers associated with relevant open deals.
Last engaged - The last time any known reader associated with relevant open deals read Turtl content.
Deal value - The value of open deals associated with each company.
Contacts - The contacts associated with relevant open deals in CRM.
Interested in - The topics that known readers have been engaging with in order of high-low engagement.
Deal open for - Current date - deal start date.
Revenue Drivers
This table shows what’s driving pipeline and revenue performance across different dimensions, such as Docs, topics, or location.
You can use the dimension picker to switch views and understand performance from multiple angles.
Revenue - Total value of closed-won deals that each have been influenced by Docs/reads within each dimension.
Closed-won deals - The number of closed-won deals behind the revenue number.
Closed-won ASP - The revenue/number of closed-won deals.
Pipeline - The Total value of all deals that were open (in timeframe).
Pipeline deals - The number of deals behind the pipeline number.
Pipeline ASP - pipeline/number of pipeline deals.
Win rate = % closed - won deals (out of total closed deals).
Influenced Deals
This section shows specifically which deals have been influenced, i.e., what are all the deals that contribute to the “influenced deals” number.
