If you’re using Microsoft Dynamics to identify known readers in Turtl analytics, follow the steps in this article to install and configure the integration.
Identify known readers with your CRM connection
To get meaningful Revenue Analytics, you’ll need to identify individual readers.
We recommend having at least 10 known readers before setting up Revenue Analytics.
Ensure you are identifying known readers in Turtl with MS Dynamics or any of our other available CRM connections.
See this section of the "How to get individual reader analytics in Turtl" article to learn how to identify and start collecting individual reader analytics using your CRM connection.
Revenue analytics with MS Dynamics
Self-serve Revenue Analytics for Microsoft Dynamics is not currently available. To view real Revenue Analytics data, you’ll need to send us your deal data manually.
To do this:
Ensure you are collecting known readers in Turtl with other CRMs. We recommend having at least 10 known readers before setting up Revenue Analytics.
Export your opportunity data from Microsoft Dynamics and match the formats and fields exactly as shown in the provided CSV sample.
If you are not gathering known readers through Microsoft Dynamics, complete the CRM contact ID mapping CSV to align deal records with reader identities, since your known readers data lives in a different CRM.
Send your deal data and the completed mapping sheet to your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support.
Once we receive all required assets, our team will configure Revenue Analytics for your account within 5 business days.
After setup, you’ll be able to view ROI metrics, deals influenced by your content, hidden opportunities, and the documents driving the most revenue. You can also use Hatch AI to uncover insights and recommendations to help grow pipeline and revenue further.
