Use the Reader dashboard to find out more about one of your readers and how they interacted with your content, such as number of reads, shares and average read time.

Please note that the reader dashboard is only available if you are utilising individualised analytics. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager if you are interested in enabling this for your Company account.

Accessing the Reader dashboard

Within the Company Dashboard select the name of the known reader that you would like to review analytics for.

Note: you can also select the reader from the known reader list within the Story dashboard to see the reader's analytics for that particular Story.


Use the filters at the top of the page to filter your analytics by;

  • Date
  • Source
  • Location
  • Labels 


The overview provides the headline metrics for your reader such as number of reads, shares and average read time. A line graph of reads provides you with a visual aid to see when your reader accessed the content, hover over the graph to view metrics for specific dates. Reads by source, device and location

This section allows you to see how your reader is accessing your Story for the filter that you applied at the top of the page, for example you might want to see 

Source: See how the reader opened your content. Did they click a link on a Story link direct (for example from an email) or did they come from your website, or a social network. 

Device: See what devices your reader is using to read your Story. This is split between desktop, mobile and tablet. 

Location: See where your reader is located physically

Most Read Stories

See a list of Stories that your Reader has read in the table, you can see the headline figures on how many times they read, shared and average read time for each Story.

Click on the story name to view the individualised Reader Dashboard for that particular Story.
