You can transfer Docs to another Team on the same tenant and keep their personalizations and analytics. To do this, you need to contact our Customer Support team.
What moves with your Docs
Personalizations: All personalized versions of your Docs move with them.
Analytics: All analytics data for your Docs moves with them, including the analytics for personalized versions.
How to request a transfer
Get in touch with us via chat or email support@turtl.co with the following details:
The Docs you want to transfer
The Team they are currently in
The Team you want to move them to
Our Customer Support team will let you know once the transfer is done.
Allow time for your data to sync
After the transfer, your personalizations and analytics need some time to sync before they appear correctly in the new Team. This usually takes about a day. You don't need to do anything while you wait.
