The Personalized Logo widget lets you place a prospect's own logo into your Turtl content so the account sees their brand the moment they engage. It's the visual proof that the content was built for them, before they've read a word.
The widget is connected to the logo field in your personalization form and is supported across every method of personalization.
Read An Introduction to the Personalization Engine for an overview of the methods and when to use each.
1. Add a Personalized Logo widget
The widget will appear on the page as a labelled placeholder. This is what you'll see at edit time:
The account's logo resolves once the content is published and personalized.
Note: When the logo is not available because no value was provided through the personalization form, no logo is on the account record, or the visitor isn't identified (for dynamic personalization) the widget hides cleanly so the content still reads as deliberate.
2. Widget configuration
Use the widget configuration panel to control how the logo displays:
Layout: Set the Height and Alignment for the desktop.
Mobile: Control Display, Width, and Alignment on mobile devices.
Misc: Set Alt text.
.
3. Add the Logo field to your personalization form
The widget pulls the logo value from the logo field on your personalization form. Make sure a logo field has been added to your form so it can be mapped to the widget.
See Personalization forms for how to add and configure form fields.
