Configuring your Force24 integration

Learn how to get Turtl and Force24 talking to one another

  • CRM integration feature is available on our Professional and Unlimited plans. Please contact support if you want to upgrade your plan.

  • All Teams within the tenant will have access to the available integrations.

Setting up your Force24 integration allows you to share data between Force24 and Turtl to access individual reader insights via the reader dashboard. This guide outlines the steps for setup.

1. Ask us to enable the integration

To enable your Force24 integration, contact your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support at support@turtl.co.


2. Find your Force24 API Key and Secret

Please follow Force24 documentation on how to find your Force24 API key and Secret.

Once logged into your Force24 account, you can find your key and Secret by clicking the cog icon in the top right corner, and selecting "Applications".

This will then display a page with your API key visible and Secret hidden. To reveal or copy the Secret, you can click the hidden text and then on "Copy" or "Reveal".

In order to generate a new API and Secret, you would similarly access the "Applications" page as shown above. From this page, you would then click "New Application".

You can then name the application and set the Force24 API Master Role to "Yes" in order for this to work.

This will then generate a new API key and Secret.


3. Input your details

Navigate to "Manage integrations" -> "Force24" tab.

Give your integration a label and enter your API key and Secret details into the Force24 tab and click "Save".

4. Start tracking leads from forms and lead capture URLs

You'll now be able to review the individual reading journeys of anyone who fills in a Force24 form within Turtl or opens a lead capture URL sent from Force24.

Add an additional Force24 integration

If you need to add another Force24 integration, click "Add an additional Force24 integration" and follow the instructions above.

Note: Any additional integration will need to be applied to a specific workspace or Doc by our Turtl's technical support team. Contact support@turtl.co for more information.
