How to locate the login page?

The login page is usually in this format:

companyname.turtl.co

If you cannot remember your login page, you can find it in the activation email you first received (the subject line will be "Your Turtl sign in link") or please contact us for help.

How to reset a password?

Go to the login page for your company Turtl account and select "Forgot password".

Enter your email and select "Continue". An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

Why did I not receive the password reset email?

If you haven't received an email in your Inbox or Spam folder after entering your email, this may be because:

  • You made a typo in your email address. Please double-check you input the correct email.

  • If you have several (work) emails, make sure you enter the email that has been added to Turtl. You can do that by asking a colleague to check the users list in Turtl or by finding the activation mail in your inbox.

  • The email may bounce if your inbox is too full. Please make sure that is not the case.

Other reasons for bounced email message:

Our support team can check which of the above may be the reason the password reset email bounced and that can help your mail admin or IT service fix the issue.

Your account has no associations error message

Your account has no associations - please contact support@turtl.co.

If you are getting this error message, this means you used to have access to Turtl, but do not have access to any of the teams within the account anymore. You would need to be reinvited by a team member with appropriate permissions.

Notes:

  • Your password requirements may depend on your company security policy and can be altered upon request.

  • If your company is using a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, you may want to consider integrating with SSO to enable logging into Turtl via the same credentials as other platforms you are using.
