Account Reveal

Account Reveal gives you visibility into which companies are engaging with your Turtl content, even before a contact has filled in a form or identified themselves.

When a visitor reads your Turtl content, Turtl matches their session to a known company and surfaces that account in your analytics dashboard. You can see which companies are engaging, which documents they're reading, and how long they're spending with your content, giving your sales and marketing teams earlier, more actionable signals.

How it works

Account Reveal runs automatically on any published Turtl document. No additional tagging or configuration is required. To get the most accurate account-level matching, connect your 6sense or Demandbase integration in your Turtl settings. Once connected, intent data from either platform enriches your account matches automatically.

Identified accounts appear in your Turtl analytics dashboard under the Accounts tab.

Availability

Account Reveal is available on qualifying plans. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you're unsure whether your plan includes access.

Dynamic Personalization

Dynamic Personalization lets you build a single Turtl document that adapts its content automatically based on who's reading it. Swap messaging, names, company details, or entire sections without creating multiple versions of the same document.

You set the rules once in the Turtl editor. When a reader opens the document via a personalised link, the content updates in real time to match the parameters you've defined.

How it works

When a reader opens a document via a personalized link, the content updates automatically to match the parameters in that link. No separate publishing or version management is required.

Availability

Dynamic Personalization is available now in the Turtl editor.

6sense and Demandbase Integrations

Turtl now integrates natively with 6sense and Demandbase, two of the leading intent data platforms in B2B marketing. These integrations power Account Reveal and Dynamic Personalization, bringing account intelligence directly into your content analytics and personalisation workflows.

Landing Pages

Landing Pages lets you build branded, standalone pages directly in Turtl. Use them to host a single document, group multiple assets together, gate content behind a form, or give a campaign its own destination, all without leaving the platform.

How it works

Create a new Landing Page from your Turtl dashboard. Configure your layout and branding, and set up gating and form capture if required. When you publish, Turtl generates a shareable URL you can use in campaigns, ads, or outreach.

All engagement on your Landing Page is tracked automatically in your Turtl analytics dashboard, alongside your document-level data.

Availability

Landing Pages are available now on all AI plans.

Salesforce Integration, OAuth Authentication

You can now connect your Salesforce integration using OAuth, providing a more secure and streamlined authentication experience. Upon connecting, the Turtl Personalized Docs custom object is automatically created in your Salesforce account. Existing legacy credential-based integrations continue to work, with legacy authentication details neatly separated in their own section.

Improvements

PDF Downloads

You can now disable the PDF download button across all Docs and Published PDFs, giving you more control over how content is shared.

Send engagement scores to Marketo

You can now send reader engagement scores and topic insights directly to your Marketo contact properties. This gives your marketing team richer behavioral data in Marketo automatically, making it easier to score leads and personalize outreach based on how readers engage with your Turtl content.

Cookie Consent Updates

Turtl content is now fully GDPR and CCPA compliant. When a reader opens any Turtl content, a consent prompt appears before any non-essential cookies are set. Readers can accept all, reject all, or choose by category, and their preference is stored so the prompt only returns if the cookie policy changes.

Your legal team can confirm compliance with confidence, your content passes vendor audits, and the Turtl and Demandbase integration, which identifies which companies are reading your content, is now active.

🐞 Bugs

Bug Fixes

  • PDF Downloads: Resolved an issue that was preventing PDF downloads from completing successfully in Turtl Docs. Exports should now work reliably every time.

  • Branding: Fixed a bug where colors sharing the same hex value but with different names would all appear selected simultaneously in the content editor's color picker.

  • Hatch AI Onboarding: Fixed an issue where the Hatch AI onboarding step reappeared on the "get started" list after completion. Your progress now saves correctly the first time.

  • Workspace: Fixed a bug where the button to add a new workspace was not appearing, so users can now reliably access and create workspaces without needing a workaround.

⚑ Performance & Reliability

  • Asset Library - Bulk Upload: Uploading multiple images at once is now significantly faster and more reliable. Previously, uploading 100 images would trigger 100 separate requests; now it all happens in a single request, reducing load times and preventing rate-limit errors.

  • Improved Caching: Users no longer need to re-download all JavaScript files on every deployment, improving page load speeds.

πŸ”§ Infrastructure

  • Marketo SOAP Removal: Removed support for the legacy Marketo SOAP API. Marketo connections now run exclusively via the modern REST API for a more stable and consistent integration experience.

  • General stability and performance improvements: Minor bugs were resolved and the system was optimised for a smoother, more consistent experience across the platform.
