Your PDF has elements we couldn’t process
If you have access to Adobe Illustrator, try "rasterizing" these graphic elements (i.e. converting them to pixels).
Here are some steps to follow:
1. Open the PDF in Adobe Illustrator.
2. "Embed" the page in the "Quick Actions" menu (shown bottom right here) and proceed to "Release Mask" until your elements are editable.
3. Select the graphic element in question and navigate to "Rasterize" via the "Effect" menu in the toolbar.
4. If the graphic element appears in multiple layers, make it into a "Clipping Mask" via the checkbox and then "Rasterize" the selection. You can also alter the settings of the Rasterization (increase/decrease quality and increase/decrease file size) from this menu.
5. Once you’re happy with the settings, re-save your PDF and you are ready to re-upload.
Note: If you’re not able to do this or still receiving an error message please reach out to support@turtl.co or, we may be able to manually convert the PDF for you.
