If you are an Admin or Global Admin you will be able to access the Billing page by using the dropdown in the left-hand navigation by selecting 'Billing'.
Here you’ll be able to see the number of Full and Limited user licenses that have been used in your Team.
Track your Billing Progress in a Doc-based Plan
If you are on a Doc-based pricing plan, you can track your active Docs usage by calendar month along with a list of all the Docs in that month below the graph. The quota line on the graph shows the amount of active Docs currently on your plan. The table of Docs shows the amount of reads and readers the Doc had within the selected month.
The graph and Docs list are auto-filtered by the current month. You can click on any of the other months to change the view.
Click on the title of any Turtl Doc to view the Doc itself, or the link on the right-hand side to view the Doc analytics.
The data is refreshed daily.
If you’re on an Active-Doc based plan and are paying for our personalization module you can also see the number of personalizations created vs. your quota.

We're currently transitioning customers to our new Billing system. If you're already in our system, you can view active Doc and personalization usage on the Billing page. If you're not in the system yet, please be patient as we're actively working to include you soon.
