This article will guide you through tailoring a personalization, so the version you send suits the account or reader receiving it. You can go as deep as you need to, and your changes apply to that one personalization. The Base Doc, and every other personalization made from it, stay as they are.
Choose what personalizers can change
The content creator of the Base Doc can choose what personalizers can tailor in their personalizations.
Open the Doc settings and go to the "Personalization" tab, or select your options when publishing a Doc.
Ensure the "People at my company" option is selected.
Use the toggles to control what personalizers can tailor:
Hide and reorder pages: Allows personalizers to change the order of pages in a Turtl Doc, or hide specific pages or chapters.
AI personalization: Coming soon.
Replace images and videos: Coming soon.

Hide and reorder pages in your Turtl Docs
After creating a personalization, an outline showing your Turtl Doc pages appears at the bottom of the screen. Click and drag a Content page or Title page to your desired location.
Content pages cannot be moved outside of an existing page group or chapter. Moving a Title page will also move the Content pages within that chapter.
